We had a grand trip to France and Spain, although 15 days was a bit grueling.  The"couchettes" were definitely a highlight!!

France & Spain -  2004

Another spectacular trip to France and Spain .  We were a group of 45 and we visited Madrid, Zaragossa, Barcelona, Carcassonne, Toulouse, and Paris. We had the same  tour guide that we had in 2002, and he really made the trip a memorable experience for all.  We concluded our trip with dinner in the Eiffel Tower.

Fascinating info at the Louvre!

France & Spain - 2006

<>We have just completed another wonderful trip. with 47 of Notre Dame's finest!  The agenda was quite similar to our first trip in 2000, with some additions. We started in Madrid and had a great hotel right on the Puerta del Sol, allowing us great shopping experiences during our free time.  We visited Toledo and then left for northern Spain stopping to see El Escorial, the Valley of the Fallen, and Segovia before arriving at Burgos. We continued on  through the Basque country to the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao and then a glrious day on the beach in Biarritz.  Our final destination was Paris where it was hot, but beautiful and welcoming. We were able to celebrate our last night with dinner in the Eiffel Tower.  We were very fortunate to have, once again, an extraordinary tour guide.
